Historic House Specialist (HHS) designation through Preservation Dallas. Susan is passionate about the restoration and preservation of homes in our beautiful historic and conservation districts and she’s a raving fan of the gorgeous architecture found in these neighborhoods. (Tudors, Craftsman, Prairie, Victorian, Spanish Revival, French Revival, Moderne, Ranch and Mid-Century Modern, to name a few.) She sought the additional education so that she may better assist her East Dallas clients when buying or selling houses in our historic and conservation districts.
